Özel Güvenlik Zorunlu Mali Sorumluluk Sigortası ile 5188
sayılı Özel Güvenlik Hizmetlerine Dair Kanun’a istinaden
sigorta ettiren tarafından istihdam edilen özel güven-
lik görevlilerinin, özel güvenlik hizmetine dair mevzuat
çerçevesindeki görevlerini yerine getirmeleri sırasında
üçüncü şahıslara verecekleri zararları, sigorta poliçesinde
belirtilen limitler dahilinde teminat altına alınmaktadır.
Bu sigorta, sigorta ettirenin, sigorta konusu olaylar so-
nucunda kendisine yöneltilebilecek haksız taleplere karşı
savunmasını da temin etmektedir.
Özel Güvenlik Mali Sorumluluk Sigortası’nı; özel güvenlik
işi yapan veya şirketinde özel güvenlik görevlisi istihdam
edenler yaptırmakla zorunludur.
Özel Güvenlik Zorunlu Mali Sorumluluk Sigortası poliçe
ve hasarlarının ortak bir merkezde toplanması amacıyla
çalışmalar tamamlanmış olup 2015 yılı sonu itibari ile dev-
reye alınmıştır.
The Private Security Mandatory Liability Insurance provides
coverage, within the limits set forth in the insurance policy,
for damages given to third parties by the private security
personnel employed by the insurer as per the law numbered
5188 and titled Law for Private Security Services, as they
perform their duties within the framework of the legislation
related to private security services.
This insurance also provides coverage for the insurer against
any unlawful demand for compensation brought to the
insurer as a result of incidents that are covered by the
insurance.
Companies in the private security business or companies
that employ private security are required to have Private Se-
curity Mandatory Liability Insurance coverage.
Works for gathering at a single center all Private Security
Mandatory Liability Insurance policy and claims have been
completed and have been commissioned as of the end of year
2015.
