Mobil Kaza Tutanağı (MKT) uygulamasında ilk 8 aylık dö-
nem tamamlandı. Bu 8 aylık dönemde yaklaşık 5.000 kaza-
da mobil kaza tutanağı uygulaması kullanıldı. Uygulamanın
kullanılmadığı il neredeyse kalmadı. 81 ilimizin 75’inde en
az bir kez uygulama kullanılmış ve olumlu geri dönüşler
alınmıştır.
Mobil Kaza Tutanağı üzerinden girilen tutanakların sonuç-
lanma süresi, kağıt form(web) ile düzenlenen tutanak-
ların sonuçlanma süresine göre çok daha hızlı gerçekleş-
ti. Kağıt form ile tutulan tutanakların ortalama 14 günde
sonuçlandığı tespit edilirken, uygulama üzerinden tutulan
tutanakların çok daha hızlı sonuçlandığı ve aylar geçtikçe
bu sürenin daha da kısaldığı gözlemlenmiştir. Aşağıda yazılı

Bu ilk 8 aylık süreçte uygulamayı her yaştan, kadın-erkek
tüm kullanıcıların benimsediği dikkat çekmekte. Kadınların
tüm sürücüler içerisinde %15 lik bir kullanım oranı olduğu
gözlemlenirken, 31-35 yaş aralığındaki sürücülerin, diğer
yaş aralığındaki sürücülere göre uygulamayı daha fazla
kullandığı tespit edilmiştir. Aşağıda cinsiyet ve yaş aralıkları

The first 8 months of the Mobile Accident Report application
has been left behind. During this 8-month period, the Mobile
Accident Report application was used in around 5.000 acci-
dents. The application was used almost in all cities. The app-
lication was used at least once in 75 of the 81 cities, and lots
of positive feedback was received regarding the application.
The time it takes to process accident reports created using
the mobile accident report application is much shorter than
the time it takes to create accident reports with conventional
methods (such as paper form or web form). While the acci-
dent report prepared with paper form was processed in 14
days, it was seen that the reports prepared using the mo-
bile application were processed much faster and that this
processing time got increasingly shorter over the months.

During this first 8-month period, the application was used by
users of all ages and both genders. While the women drivers’
ratio among all drivers is 15%, it was found that the drivers
aged 31-35 used the application more often compared to
drivers in other age groups. Below you can find the usage
