it allows beneficiaries to appoint experts.

whereby the beneficiaries can appoint their
own experts, expert appointment processes
can now be completed much faster and
conveniently.

application, now the contact information
of insurance companies as well have been
added to the Help section of the application.
With this new option, you can call your
insurance company to file a claim or call
the insurance company of the other driver
involved in the accident with a single click.

With the new Vehicle Detail inquiry feature
added to the 5664 SMS Inquiry system, you
can now learn about the period during which
a certain vehicle had no comprehensive cov-
erage! During the period when the vehicle
has no comprehensive coverage, the ben-
eficiary cannot make a claim for accidents
involving only one party and this requires
more rigorous controls for these vehicles
that had no comprehensive coverage for
long periods of time. You can type DETAY
space PLAKA and send an SMS to 5664 to
inquire about the status of your vehicle.
