Diğer taraftan 2015 Ocak ayı itibariyle sistemimizde
yürürlükte bulunan trafik poliçeleri ve yine 2015 Ocak
ayındaki TUİK araç adedine göre hazırlanan sigortasızlık
verilerine göre sigortasızlık oranı en yüksek iller % 34.13’lük
oranıyla
Şanlıurfa
, % 34.09 ile
Kars
ve % 33.70 ile
Afyon
olarak dikkat çekmektedir.
Sigortasızlığın en düşük olduğu iller ise % 8.62’lik oranıyla
İstanbul
, % 9.94 ile
Bingöl
ve % 10.34 ile
Trabzon
olmuştur.
Araç grubu bazında sigortasızlık oranları incelendiğinde
ise en düşük sigortasızlık oranı %7,98 ile
Otomobil
gru-
bunda gerçekleşirken, en yüksek sigortasızlık %61,21
ile
Motosiklet
ve %38,45 ile
Traktör
grublarında ortaya
çıkmaktadır.
On the other hand, based on the non-insurance data prepared on
the basis of the liability insurance policies that were in our sys-
tem as of January 2015 and the TUIK data on number of vehicles
as of January 2015, the cities with the highest rate of uninsured
drivers were
Şanlıurfa
with 34.13%,
Kars
with 34.09% and
Afyon
with 33.70%.
And the cities with the lowest number of uninsured drivers were
İstanbul
with 8.62%,
Bingöl
with 9.94% and
Trabzon
with 10.34%.
Looking at the uninsured rate on the vehicle basis, we see that the
lowest rate is in the
Automobile
category with 7,98 % while the
highest rates are in
Motorbikes
(61,21%) and
Tractor
(38,45%)
categories.
