Tüm sektörü bir araya getiren ve sektörün kalbi olan SBM
yeni bir projesini daha hizmete açıyor. Her yıl sektörde
periyodik olarak yapılan veya özel olarak düzenlenen
toplantıların takibini kolaylaştırmak amacıyla “SBM Etkinlik”
portalı hayata geçiyor.
Önceden etkileşim nasıldı?
Daha önce yapılacak olan toplantılar mail üzerinden bildirili-
yor ve takibi buradan sağlanıyordu. Ancak bir günde mail-
box’ımıza oldukça fazlaca mail geliyor ve bu mailler arada
kaybolabiliyor. Özellikle üzerinden birkaç gün geçmesinde
bile bu mailler aşağılara gidiyor ve organizasyonun detay-
ları unutulup gidiyor.
Ayrıca organizasyonlarla ilgili geri bildirimler hem or-
ganizasyon öncesi hem de organizasyon sonrası süreçte
oldukça zor ve kayıt altına alınması güç bir şekilde devam
ediyordu. Ayrıca tüm bunlar için bir platformun olmaması
geri bildirim olanaklarını da önemli ölçüde engelliyordu.
Daha fazla etkileşim için portal
Yeni geliştirdiğimiz portal sayesinde bu zorlukları aşıyoruz.
Artık istediğimiz her an organizasyonlarla ilgili her türlü
detay, tek bir adresten erişime açık olacak hatta daha da
fazlası görüş bildirerek organizasyonlara katkıda buluna-
bilinecek.
Portalı nasıl kullanabiliriz?
SBM Etkinlik portalı tüm sektörün faydalanabileceği bir
şekilde düşünülmüştür. Bu sisteme SBM Sistemlerine giriş
yaptığınız kullanıcı adı ve şifrenizle
linkinden giriş yapabilir ve portaldan faydalanmaya
başlayabilirsiniz. Kullanıcı girişi ile ilgili daha detaylı bilgiye
giriş sayfasındaki “Kullanım Kılavuzu” linkinden ulaşabilir-
siniz.
Aşağıdaki ekrandan SBM sistemlerine giriş yaptığınız
“ kullanıcı ” ve “şifre”nizle giriş yapabilirsiniz.
As the platform that brings together, the players of the sec-
tor and as the heart of the sector SBM, rolling out another
project. SBM has brought to life the “SBM Events” portal
with a view to ease tracking of meetings organized on a
regular basis in the sector or special meetings.
How was the interaction before?
Before, meetings were announced via e-mails and followed
up via e-mails. But when you open your mailbox in a single
day, you end up getting too much e-mail and these mails
might go unnoticed. Even only after a few days these mails
go down in the list and details of the event get unnoticed.
In addition, the relevant feedback was hard to obtain and
record both before the event and after the event. Also, the
lack of a platform for all this process was hindering the
ability to get feedback effectively.
A new portal for greater interaction
Thanks to our newly developed portal we no longer have
these problems. Now we have the opportunity to access
information about all events through a single website and
to send our feedback about the events to help improve
organizations.
How to use the portal?
SBM Events Portal has been designed to benefit the sector
as a whole. You can log into this system on the
page using your username and password
that you use to log into SBM Systems and start benefiting
from the portal. You can accesses more detailed informa-
tion about login procedures from the “User’s Guide” link on
the opening page.
Using the screen below, you can login using your username
and password that you use to log into SBM Systems.
