Sigorta Bilgi ve Gözetim Merkezi sigorta acenteleri için
vazgeçilmez gurur kaynağı. Bizler sigorta acenteleri olarak
mesleğimizi icra ederken bir takım kurum ve uygulama-
lardan yararlanırız. Acentelere son on yıla damga vuran
kurum hangisidir diye sorsalar sanırım ilk cevap “SBM”
olacaktır.
TRAMER’in kurulduğu 2003 yılında bize getirilen yararları
görmekte hızlı davrandık ,TÜSAF olarak TRAMER’in tanıtım-
larını acentelere ve sektöre düzenlediğimiz toplantılarla biz-
zat organize ederek yerimizi aldık.
Geçtiğimiz 12 yılda gelinen noktaya baktığımızda teknolo-
jiye ayak uydurmayla ilgili en fazla gelişim sağlayan bizlerin
iş yükünü azaltan uzağı yakınlaştıran uygulamalar SBM’den
çıktı. Sadece sorgulamalarla sigortalı bilgi aktarımları değil,
sigortalılarımızın da hayatında önemli yeniliklerle yerini aldı

for the insurance agents. We, as the insurance agents get support
from certain organizations and applications as we carry out our
operations. If they asked me which is the institution that put a
hallmark on the insurance agents during the last 10 years, I’d say
it is “SBM”.
After TRAMER was established in 2003, we saw its benefits in a
very short time. And as TUSAF, we organized special meetings
to introduce TRAMER and its operations to the insurance agents
and the sector as a whole.
Looking at the progress we’ve made during the last 12 years, we
see that the applications that eased the workload and facilitated
the operations of the insurance agents, which show the greatest
progress in terms of adopting new technologies, came out of
SBM. SBM became an important part of the life of beneficiaries
not only with insurance inquiry services that provided information
