2016 Çalışan Memnuniyeti Anketi
Great Place to Work olma yolunda hedeflerimizi
belirledik. En İyi İş Veren Olmanın 5 Temel Esası:
Saygı, Güvenilirlik,Hakkaniyet, TakımRuhuveGurur
olan bileşenlerin SBM’deki karşılığını öğrenebilmek
için her yıl Çalışan Memnuniyeti Anketi yapıyoruz.
2016 yılı Çalışan Memnuniyet Anketi’nde Genel
Memnuniyet oranı %90 olarak çıktı.
En İyi İşveren olmanın temeli güvene dayanmak-
tadır. Hedeflerin net olması, takım çalışması ve
elinden gelenin en iyisini yapmak, kurum içinde
güvenilir bir çalışma ortamını oluşturan temel et-
kenlerdir. SBM HR olarak çalışanlarımızın kariyer
hedeflerine, eğitim olanaklarına ve sosyal bir or-
tamda konforlu çalışabilmelerine odaklanıyoruz.
SBM Çalışanları Kariyer Planı
En İyi İş Veren olmanın gereklerinden biri de çalışan-
ların geleceklerini şekillendirebilecekleri güven
ortamının kendilerine sunulmasıdır. Görev tanım-
larının ve terfi koşullarının belirlenmiş olması, kari-
yer yönetiminin temel unsurlarıdır. Çalışanlarımız-
la, işe başlamalarından itibaren kariyer hedeflerinin
gösterecekleri performans doğrultusunda nasıl
şekilleneceği paylaşılmaktadır.
2016 Employee Satisfaction Survey
We’ve set our targets for reaching our goal of being
a Great Place to Work. Every year we conduct an
Employee Satisfaction Survey to find out the
reflections of 5 major requirements of being the
Best Employee, which are respect, credibility,
fairness, pride and team spirit. General level of
satisfaction as determined by the 2016 Employee
Satisfaction Survey has been 90%.
Trust is the foundation of being the Best Employer.
Having clear goals, teamwork and doing one’s best
are major factors that help create a reliable work
environment inside the organization. As SBM HR,
we focus on career goals of our employees, training
opportunities we provide for them and on ensuring
a comfortable and social work environment.

One of the requirements of becoming the Best
Employer is being able to provide to the employees,
an atmosphere of confidence that would
allow employees to shape their future. Having
clearly defined job descriptions and promotion
conditions are the major aspects of effective career
management. Starting from their first day at the
job, we share informationwith our employees as to
how their career goals would be shaped in line with
their performance.
