SBM tarafından değerlendirilerek sektöre ve kamuya faydalı
projeler ortaya çıkarılıyor. Geliştirilen bu projelerden biri de
Kaza Yoğunluk Haritası oldu. Mobil ortamdan doldurulan
tüm tutanaklar sayesinde bölge bölge, sokak sokak kaza
yoğunluk haritası oluşturuluyor. SBM’nin web sitesinden
ulaşılabilen haritanın en önemli özelliği ise hem can hem
de mal kaybını azaltabilecek nitelik taşıması. Çünkü Kaza
Yoğunluk Haritası ile en çok kaza yapılan noktalar ve saat
aralıkları gözler önüne seriliyor. Haritadan en çok kazanın
gerçekleştiği saat, gün, bölgelere ulaşarak bu noktalarda ve
zaman dilimlerinde dikkatli olunması sağlanıyor.
Yoğun kaza yaşanan noktalarda önlem alınabilir
Bu projeyle birlikte kaza noktalarının tespit edilmesi ve em-
niyet, karayolları, belediyeler gibi kurumlarla bilgi akışının
sağlanması planlanıyor. Bu sayede kaza noktalarında tespit
edilen hususlar doğrultusunda iyileştirilmeye gidilmesine
çalışılacak.
SBM Merkez Müdürü Aydın Satıcı, bu konu hakkında, “Bu uy-
gulama ile en riskli bölgelerin tespit edilmesi sayesinde beledi-
yeler veya karayolları gibi kurumlar tarafından gerekli tedbirler
alınarak bu bölgelerdeki kaza sayısını azaltılabilmesine olanak
sağlama amacındayız. MKT’nın daha yoğun kullanılmasıy-
la birlikte, bir bölgede gerçekleşen kaza o bölgeye yakın
konumda bulunan sürücülerin telefonlarına bildirim ola-
rak düşecek ve bu bölgede sürücüler trafik yoğunluğunun
sebebi hakkında bilgi sahibi olabilecekler. Türkiye’nin her
tarafında oluşan kazalar tutanak sistemine gönderildiği
anda haritada belirmekte ve ilk 1 saat boyunca yeşil ikonlar-
la bu bölgedeki kaza bildirimi yapılmaktadır. 1 saati geçmiş
kazalar kırmızı renkli ikonlarla gösterilmektedir” diyor.

Toplamda 9 binin üzerinde kazada MKT kullanıldı. 81 ilin
77’sinde MKT en az bir kez kullanıldı; yalnızca Ardahan, Ki-
lis, Muş ve Siirt’te kullanılmadı.
En çok kullanılan iller İstanbul, Ankara, Antalya, İzmir ve
Manisa oldu.
En hızlı doldurulan tutanak 5,5 dakikada dolduruldu. Kaza
gerçekleştikten sonra 5,5 dakika içerisinde MKT ile tutanak
düzenlenerek tüm işlemler tamamlandı.

by SBM has been the Accident Intensity Map. The map is
created based on data received from mobile accident reports
and shows accident intensities for different areas and even
streets in a city. The most important feature of the map that
can be accessed from SBM’s website is that it helps decrease
both material losses and casualties and injuries. Because
the accident intensity maps shows the locations and time
intervals where accidents take place most frequently. By
accessing hours, days and areas where and when accidents
take place most frequently, users now have the chance to
drive more carefully in such areas and time periods.
Precautions can be taken at locations with
high accident intensities
With this project, the goal is to determine accident locations
and share this information with other organizations such as
the security directorate, state highways and municipalities.
This would allow these organizations and institutions to take
necessary measures to prevent accidents from happening in
the future.
About the subject, SBM Managing Director Aydın Satıcı said
“With this application which allows us to determine the are-

be able to take precautions to decrease the risk of accidents
in those areas. With the increased use of mobile accident
report, an accident taking place in an area will be shared with
other drivers in the form of a notification on their phones and
this way the drivers will have an idea about traffic intensity
in that area. Accidents taking place in different parts of the
country instantly appear on the map and are shown with
green icons during the first hour to alert the drivers in the
area. Accidents that have happened over an hour ago are
shown in red icons.”

MKT has been used in over 9.000 accidents in total. MKT
was used in 77 of the 81 cities. The only cities where it hasn’t
been used are Ardahan, Kilis, Muş and Siirt.
The cities where it was used most frequently were İstanbul,
Ankara, Antalya, İzmir and Manisa.
The shortest report creation time with the application was
5,5 minutes. Within only 5,5 minutes, accident report was
created using MKT and all process was completed.
