platformunda XCODE IDE’sini öğrenmeniz gerekiyordu.
Uygulama geliştirilmeye başlandığında önümüzü çok
daha net görüyorduk çünkü hangi yeni özelliğin ekleneceği
hakkında fikriniz olmayan Mobil Kaza Tutanağı (MKT)
uygulaması geliştirilmeye o kadar açıktı ki her gün farklı
talepler gelebiliyordu. Burada asıl olan iyi bir analizden
sonra uygulamanın kapsamının iyi belirlenmiş olmasıydı.
Biz bunu doğru başardığımızı düşünüyoruz. Geliştirdiğimiz
uygulamaların kullanılması ve gelen geri bildirimler
sonucunda şunu rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim ki, uygulamamız
amaçladığımız başarılara ulaştı. Bundan sonra da yeni
talepler ve özellikler’le geliştrimeye devam edeceğiz. İyi
bir organizyonda, iyi bir ekiple başarılamayacak hiç bir
şey olmadığını düşünüyorum, bunun en güzel örneği
de SBM’nin sektöre sunduğu kullanışlı ve kullanıcılar
tarafından hep tam notlar almış uygulamalarıdır. Bunun
oluşabilmesi de birçok şeyi öngörebilen ve doğru kararlar
alabilen ekiplerden geçiyor.
Bir iş “bildiğiniz” kadar kolaydır. Biz mobil geliştirmeye
başlarken yeni bir ortamda kod geliştirmenin bazı
sıkıntılarını yaşadık ancak gerek projelerimize olan
inancımız gerekse elimizdeki kaynaklarla bu işi
yapabileceğimiz inancıyla başladığımız mobil geliştirme
koşusunda hedefimize sürekli emin adımlarla yürüdük,
yürüyoruz. Yöneticilerimiz bizlere güvendi ve biz de bu
inançları boşa çıkarmamış olduk.

products, we had to learn the XCODE IDE in the Mac OS
platform. After we started developing the application we
were able to see ahead of us more easily because the
Mobile Accident Report (MKT) application was so open
to development and everyday new features were being
demanded. What matters here is that after a good analysis,
the scope of the application was determined very well. We
believe we did that very well. As a result of the rate of use of
the application we developed and the feedback we receive
I can easily say that our application reached its goals.
And from now on, we’ll continue to develop it with new
features. I think t here’s nothing you can’t accomplish with
a good team and the best example of that are the SBM’s
applications that it offered to the sector and that have
received grade A from their users. And that takes teams
that can foresee a lot of things and can make correct
decisions.
A job is easy to the extent you know it. When we started
developing the mobile application we had trouble writing
code in a new environment however both as a result of
our faith in our applications and our belief that we could
accomplish this project with resources at hand, we moved
forward with assured steps and continue to do so. Our
managers had faith in us and we proved them right.
