Testing engineers working in the SBM testing team are
professionals with certificates from ISTQB (International Testing,
Qualifications Board) Foundation who are competent in software
testing and quality. SBM Testing team mainly carries out front-
end/interface testing, web-service testing, mobile application
tests and web page tests and other high efficiency and quality-
oriented tests.
In its software development cycle, SBM utilizes HP Project
and Portfolio Management (PPM), HP Application Lifecycle
Management (ALM), HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT), HP
Load Runner and Atlassian JIRA products by HP and Atlassian
companies.
Requests Tracked by JIRA and PPM!
Insurance companies send their requests via the JIRA request
management tool and the requests carefully reviewed by the
helpdesk are included in the software development process by
the Solutions Development Directorate via the PPM tool. All steps
related to the process follow-up, change requests and all steps
related to projects are tracked and reported via the PPM tool. At
this point, with PPM and ALM integration, the Quality Assurance
of the related requests is ensured via ALM.
