April 2016. The goal of this new
application is to improve service
quality of repair shops based on
the power of customer feedback.
Your report created online on
MobileAccidentReport (MKT) is
instantly sent to your insurance
company and you won’t need
any other documents (like
driver’s license, registration etc.).
The accident report created online
is sent to the insurance company
along with other documents like driver’s
license and registration and accident photos or
videos if any.
Article 2 of the Circular
numbered 2 and titled “Circular
for Amendments to the
Circular Regarding Accident
Reports to be Created by Parties
of Only Accidents with Material
Damage” dated 02.04.2014 and
numbered 2014/3 (2007/27) and
issued by Undersecretariat of Ministry
took effect as of 01.06.2014 and a result
the Mobile Accident Reports created online using
the Mobile Accident Report application are official
documents.

değerlendirebilecekleri altyapı

kullanıma açıldı. Bu uygulama
ile
müşteri
geribildiriminin
gücü kullanılarak tamirhanelerin
kalitesinin artırılması hedefleniyor.
Mobil Kaza Tutanağı (MKT)
üzerinden
doldurduğunuz
tutanağınız
anında
sigorta
şirketinize
iletilmiş
olup,
herhangi bir evrak (ehliyet,
ruhsat vb.) ihtiyacı olmayacaktır.
Tutanakla birlikte ehliyet ve
ruhsat evraklarınız, uygulamadan
gönderdiğiniz kaza yeri fotoğrafları ve
varsa video çekimi de sigorta şirketinizle
paylaşılmaktadır.
