HATMER ve SAGMER sayesinde, hayat sigortası, sağlık
sigortası, tehlikeli madde sorumluluk sigortası bilgileri
ve sigorta şirketleri için hayati önem taşıyan hasar takip,
SİSBİS ve AHBİS bilgilerini de bünyesinde barındırarak,
yüksek hasar frekanslı işlemlerde sigorta şirketlerine bir yol
gösterici olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır.
Öte yandan, günün koşullarına ve sürekli değişen sigorta
primleri karşısında ayakta kalmak için birden çok sigorta
şirketi ile çalışan sigorta acenteleri, çoğu zaman, poliçe ya
da teklifname hazırlamak istediğinde, acentesi olduğu her
sigorta şirketinin ekranına çeşitli verileri girmek kaydıyla
işlem yapmaktadır.
Uzunzamankaybını beraberindegetirenbu işlemlerinönüne
geçilebilmesi amacıyla da bazı yazılım firmaları çeşitli
programlar tasarlayarak, acentenin yetkili olup olmadığını
sorgulamaksızın, yüksek bedellerle bu programları
pazarlayarak sektörde tutunmaya çalışmaktadır. Tüm bu
hizmetleri bünyesinde bulunduran ve geniş bir veri tabanına
sahip olan Sigorta Bilgi ve GözetimMerkezi’nin, önümüzdeki
süreçte, Hazine Müsteşarlığı’ndan da izin alarak, birden fazla
sigorta şirketinin acenteliğini yapan meslektaşlarımızın
gerek operasyonel süreçlerini minimize edebilmek, gerekse
güvenli ve resmi bir bağlantı sağlayarak sorgulama
yapmak adına, Merkez’in online işlemler kısmına erişim
sağlanmak koşuluyla, sigortalı ve sigortalanacak kıymete
ilişkin bilgilerin sisteme girilmesi neticesinde, yetkili olunan
sigorta şirketlerinden teklif alabilmesine olanak sağlayan
bir modülü hayata geçirmesinin de, sektöre faydalı bir
girişim olacağı kanaatindeyiz.
Dünyada, benzerine az rastlanabilecek teknoloji ve güncel
bilgiyi barındırarak sektöre ışık tutan Sigorta Bilgi ve
Gözetim Merkezi’ne, tüm bu hizmetlerden ötürü, sigorta
acentelerinin üst kuruluşu olan Türkiye Odalar ve Borsalar
Birliği Sigorta Acenteleri İcra Komitesi adına teşekkürlerimi
sunar, başarılı çalışmalarının devamını dilerim.

guide for insurance companies in transactions related to
high claim frequencies. In addition, insurance agencies that
work with multiple insurance companies in order to survive
economically in the face of constantly changing insurance
premiums, in most cases, have to enter data separately in
the system of every insurance company they work with when
they arrange policies.
In order to eliminate all these time-consuming processes,
some software companies have developed numerous
programs which they sell at high prices without even asking
if the insurance agency is an authorized one or not. On the
other hand, Insurance Information and Monitoring Center
has all this infrastructure and systems and in the coming
term SBM plans to develop a new module after receiving
the approval of Deputy Undersecretariat, with the goal of
minimizing the operational processes of insurance agencies
that work with multiple insurance companies and allowing
them to have an official and secure connection with SMB’s
systems.With the newmodule insurance agencies will be able
to access online transactions section of SBM systems and
receive quotes from authorized insurance companies online
by entering required information related to the property to
be insured in the system. We believe that this new module
will be quite beneficial for the sector.
Insurance Information and Monitoring Center shed light
on the sector by offering advanced technologies and up-to-
date information to the insurance industry. And on behalf of
Executive Committee of the Insurance Agencies of Turkish
Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges, I’d like to
express my thanks to and a successful future for Insurance
Information and Monitoring Center.
