OTOKONTROL 5664 KAYITLARINA İTİRAZ

Otokontrol 5664 uygulaması ile sorgulama yaptığınız
hasar kayıtlarınıza itiraz edebilme dönemi başlıyor.
SBM müşteri memnuniyetini artırmak ve daha hızlı
hizmet verebilmek adına geliştirdiği “SBM Destek
Uygulaması”na, “SMS Hasar İtiraz (Otokontrol
5664)” uygulamasını entegre etti. 1 Ocak 2014
itibariyle kullanıma açılan uygulama sayesinde
sorgulamasını yaptığınız hasar kayıtlarına, gerek
duyduğunuzda itiraz edebileceksiniz. Ayrıntılı

SBM starts a new era whereby the policy owners will be
able to object to the claim records that they retrieve via
the Otokontrol 5664 system.
SBM recently integrated the “SMS Claim Objection
(Otokontrol 5664)” feature to the “SBM Support
Application” which was recently developed with the
goal of increasing customer satisfaction and providing
faster service. With this new application, which was
commissioned as of 1 January 2014, the policy owners will
be able to object to any claim record that is retrieved
through the Otokontrol system. Detailed information

“Kaza tespit tutanakları” 2014 yılı Haziran ayından
sonra SBM‛nin geliştireceği mobil uygulama ile
düzenlenebilecek. Kaza Tespit Tutanağı (KTT)
Mobil Uygulama ile vatandaş kaza tespit tutanağını
elle doldurmak yerine cep telefonundan kolaylıkla
yapabilecek.
Mobil telefonlarla kolayca indirilebilen KTT
formu, kazanın hemen ardından doldurulabilecek.
Uygulama içerisinde takip edilmesi gereken
adımlar için telefon yönlendirmede bulunacak.
Maddi hasarlı trafik kazalarının ardından
olusturulması gereken “Kaza Tespit Tutanağı”nın
sürücüler tarafından cep telefonu ile hızlı ve
kolay bir şekilde doldurulması, tutanak hazırlama
sürecini minimuma indirgemiş olacak. Çalışmaları
tamamlanan KTT mobil uygulamasının önümüzdeki
günlerde kullanıcılara açılması planlanıyor.
Starting with June 2014, policy owner will be able
to prepare their accident reports using the mobile
application to be developed by SBM. With Accident
Repot Mobile Application (KTT), the policy owner will
be relieved from the burden of filling paper accident
reports and instead be able to fill their accident
reports electronically using their smart phones.
The policy owner will be able to fill the accident
report which will be available on mobile phone,
immediately after the accident. The application will
provide step-by-step instructions for preparing the
accident report.
With this new feature, which allows policy owner to
fill the accident reports, which have to be created
after traffic accidents with material damage, rapidly
and conveniently time spent for creation of accident
reports will be minimized. SBM is still working on the
development of the KTT mobile application and is
planned to be finished by 20 June 2014.
