2015 yılında SBM’de gerçekleşen

değişikliği

alınan
karar
doğrultusunda
Agile yaklaşımın uygulanmasına
geçilmiştir.
SBM’nin
kendi
bünyesinde geliştirdiği mobil
uygulamaları
(Mobil
Kaza
Tutanağı, SBMobil), SBM web
sitesi, İç portal (SBM Sosyal),
ücretli servisler ve diğer kurumsal
uygulamaların ürün yönetimi
ve yazılım geliştirmesi Scrum ile
yapılmaya devam etmektedir.
Uluslararası
sertifikalı
Agile
& Scrum eğitimi alan 2 Scrum
takımı sprintleri koşmaya devam
etmekteler.
2017 yılında Tasarım ve Kurum-
sal İletişim’den sorumlu çalışan-
larımızın Scrum ile çalışmaları
işlerinin ve önceliklerinin sıklıkla
değişmesi nedeniyle Scrum takımından ayrılıp, yine
Agile yaklaşıma uygun Kanban tekniği ile çalışma-
larına karar verildi.
As a result of the organizational
restructuring that took place
at SBM in 2015, Agile approach
was
officially
adopted
in
business processes. SBM still
employs Scrum for the product
management
and
software
development processes related
to the mobile applications
developed in-house by SBM
(such as the Mobile Accident
Report, SBMobil), SBM website,
internal portal (SBM Social), paid
services and other corporate
applications. Two Scrum team
sprinters who have received
internationally certified Agile &
Scrum training continue to run in
full throttle.
In 2017, due to frequent changes
of the Scrum work processes and
priorities of our employees responsible from
Design and Corporate Communications a decision
was made to move these employees from the
Scrum team to the Kanban method which is also
compatible with the Agile approach.
