Mr. Hakseven started his professional career in the area of information technologies in the banking sector. He served as Network Specialist, System Analyst, Software Specialist, Database Manager, Project Manager, Head of IT Department , Software and Business Development Director at numerous public and private sector organizations. In addition, serving as senior management positions, he also carried out academic studies in the Software Reliability Models and Software Development Methodologies areas.
Mr. Hakseven had started to work as an Executive Vice Manager responsible of Operations Group for Bileşim A.Ş. and recently, Mr. Hakseven served as an Executive Vice Manager responsible of Information Technologies at Bileşim A.Ş. Mr. Hakseven has been assigned as the General Manager of Insurance Information and Monitoring Center as of July 2017.
After graduating from the Computer Sciences Engineering Department at Yıldız Technical University, Mr. Hakseven completed his Master’s Degree in the Production Management Department of İstanbul University Business Administration Faculty.
His professional career began at Türk Dış Ticaret Bank as the Assistant Manager of Software Development Department. Then, respectively, he worked for Anadolubank as the Core Banking Software Development Project Leader and for Bankpozitif as the Applications Manager and he was appointed as the Manager of EY (Ernst & Young) Information Technologies Advisory Team after working for BNP Paribas Cardif as the Head of Project Management Office.
In December 2016, he joined Insurance Information and Monitoring Center and he currently works as the Technology and Infrastructure Director.
After graduating from the Department of Computer Engineering of İstanbul University, he received a master’s degree after studying in Business Administration from İstanbul Bilgi University.
Mr. Ertunga earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Istanbul University, Department of Computer Engineering and his Master’s Degree from Istanbul Bilgi University, Department of Business Administration and he has TOGAF Enterprise Architect and ITIL Practitioner certificates.
He started his professional career as a quality control engineer at Pepsi. He started working for at Aksigorta as an account representative and then he worked there for a total of 15 years at Agencies Marketing, Istanbul First Regional Directorate Office and Claims Directorate, he held executive positions during 9 years of that period. In 2013, he joined Zurich Sigorta as Motor Claims Manager. In 2015, he was appointed as the Director of SISEB (Insurance Fraud Bureau), which was established under Insurance Information and Monitoring Center, and he is still officiating as the Director.
After completing his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry at Yıldız Technical University, Mr. Taşyon completed his postgraduate degree in Business at School of Business Economics at Istanbul University. He completed the Casualty and Motor Insurances department at the Turkish Insurance Institution. He attended a wide range of personal development trainings as part of the management trainee program offered by the Sabancı Holding.
He started his career as a Specialist in Information Technologies at GIC Dunya Sigorta A.S.(Bayindir Sigorta). Afterwards, he worked as an Assistant Manager at Batı Sigorta A.Ş.As a Systems Analysis Manager in Zurich Sigorta, he carried many projects in the fields of Banks, SBM (Insurance Information and Monitoring Center) and Insurance for many years. He started to work as an Analysis Manager at SBM in 2017.
As of July 2018 he has been working as an Insurance Solution Development Director. He graduated from Ege University Computer Programming. He is holding the certifications of self improvement Consulting, ITIL Foundation and COBIT.
He started his career as a Software Development Engineer in various international projects at Nexus Software Company. Thereafter, he has been assigned as a Project Team Leader at Acıbadem Insurance and IT Group Companies, as a Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Project Officer at Turkcell and IT Corporate Architecture at Akbank.As of August 2018, he joined the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center and assigned as a Director of Corporate Solutions and Business Intelligence.
He completed his undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering at the Bilkent University and his master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Yeditepe University.
He is an expert in Enterprire Architecture, Business Intelligence, Big Data Infrasructure Development (Framework), Web Application Develpoment, Data Governance and Quality, High Performance Analytics and Data Modelling.
He started his professional career at Ernst & Young audit company. He joined Türk Telecom Group as a financial and operational auditor.
In 2013, he joined Insurance Information and Monitoring Center as the Financial and Administrative Affairs Manager and he still holds this title.
Mr. Kılavuz received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and his Master’s Degree in Auditing from Marmara University. He is a CPA and also has a CMB Independent Auditing License, Risk Management Assurance certificate and Public Oversight Authority Independent Auditor License.
He started his professional career at KİPAŞ Holding. Then he held several offices at Güral Holding and Novartis Pharma. Since 2013, he’s been working as the Human Resources Manager of the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center.
Mr. Taştekin studied Political Science and International Relations at Boğaziçi University, School of Business Administration.
